Being Happy.

Hello there! Here in Germany we don't have school for 2 weeks, because its easter. I'm really busy learning the whole time. In two weeks I'm writing my exams. I'm so scared, but I hope for the best!
So yeah today I wanted to talk about something that I think is important, being happy. I wanted to talk about this topic because there are so many people out there who aren't happy with themself. I truly can say that I'm happy with myself and my life right now! So thats why I wanted to talk about being happy  and give you some advice. And I'm not someone professionel , I'm just talking about how I stay happy. Enjoy!

  • Love yourself : This is an important point,because if you don't love yourself cou can't be happy. I know a lot of people don't like how they look. Start loving you and your body. Nobadys perfect! Look every morning in the mirror and say that you are beautiful and that today is going to be great day.

  • People around you : Surround yourself with people who makes you happy. My friends and family are the people who make me happy. If good people are around you , you will feel the positive vibe! 

  • Do more of what makes you happy : Do you love dancing,singing,drawing..? Whatever you like ,do more of it. Or just put music on as loud as possible and dance. Take at least 30 min a day and make something that makes you happy. 

  • Me - Time : If we are busy, we always forget to have some quality me time. Make yourself a cup of tea and think about life. Or do yoga ,which is amazing it keeps you calm and its great for your soul too! 

  • Think positiv : This is such an important point! Believe me if you think positive all the time you will feel a lot better about yourself. Try to see the good things in everything. It is hard at first but then its is easy. 

  • It's okey to cry : Not everyone is happy all the time. If you are really sad, don't try not to cry,because crying is a normal thing. Maybe you have a bad day, but it's okey to cry. We are only human. 
No one is in control of your happiness but you; therefore, you have the power to change anything about yourself or your life that you want to change.”
