It's been a few weeks since I wrote a post, but I'm back! Today I wanted to talk about a serious topic. The topic is about body image. Enjoy!
I see so many girls and boys in my age or even younger or older, who hate their body and how they look. They are always complaining about their bodies, like "eww look at my fat thighs" , "my belly is so fat" "why am I so fat?". I think these sentence many people have said in their life befor.They are complaining about being fat, but they are clearly not.
The society tells us to be skinny and to be perfect. NO! Nobady is perfect! Not even the models on the runway. They may be skinny and beautiful, but your are too! Everyone is beautiful in their own way. Don't look at the models in the magazine and say they don't have any blemishes, they have but you don't get to see them, they photoshop everthing on the model. The will give her a thigh gap and big lips and they will make her skinny.
If you are skinny your are beautiful, if you have curves you are beautiful aswell.
If you want to put on weight, thats perfectly fine. If you want to loose weight thats also fine. Don't do it because the people are forcing you to do that. Only you can choose what to do with your body, because it's yours. If you are feeling comfortable in your body, that's amazing!
You don't need to be skinny or have curves. If you want to change something about your body, do that, but only for you. They are always people who will judge you, but the best thing to do about that is to ignore them.
Instead of judging your body, start loving it. You have arms and legs that work. Some people don't have that, so be happy! Be proud of your body. I want you to look in the mirror every day and say that you are beautiful and that your body looks amazing. :)
