Vegan Chocolate Fudge

Last week I was on Instagram and saw some delicious picture. Then I found this amazing recipe that I really wanted to make. It is so easy and it taste so good. Everyone in my family loved it.

















I was so busy the last weeks with exams and now we have finally a break, but only for a week.   Better than nothing! Now I can cooke some food and try new things out.

I love trying new things because its so much fun to learn new things and it makes me really happy. Sometime I do mess things up and then it taste horrible. Last week I made some carrotcake.It  tasted disgusting! But everyone makes mistakes so thats ok! So let's get started with this healthy vegan Fudge, Yummy!

Ingredients

  1. 400 ml Coconut milk 
  2. unsweetened Cocoa powder  ( you can put as much you want)
  3. chunks of dark chocolate 
  4. 2 tablespoon Coconut oil

Put everything in a pan and stir until its smooth and silky. Then take a brownie tin or a bowl, put baking paper in it. After that pour the mixture in the bowl or in the brownie tin. Leave it in the fridge over night and after that 1 - 2 hours in the freezer.
